Evidence of loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 60A/829 in the name of Edward Roy Hackett, gentleman of Papakura and Margaret Rosalie Hackett, his wife, having been lodged with me together with an application for a discharge of mortgage, surrender of lease and a memorandum of lease title in terms of Plan 159439 without production of the said title in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the aforementioned documents upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
