Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 March 1994, No. 23, at page 1069, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by: (a) Deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage B. 112600.9 from paragraph (b) (i) and (b) Inserting ``,subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 112600.9'' between ``51C/541'' and ``South'' in paragraph (b) (ii).
