Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 8301 square metres, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 2129, and being parts Pukemaukuku Block, excepting thereout all mines and minerals lying and being within and under the said land excepted and reserved by Conveyance 245592 (R. 255/168).
