Proposal to Issue a Grazing Licence Lewis Pass National Reserve Pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, notice is given that it is proposed to issue a 5 year grazing licence under section 74 (2) (a) of the Reserves Act to D. J. Lockington over 23.7 hectares, more or less, being part Section 2, Square 182 and part of Section 2, Block IV, Lewis S.D., Section 13 and part Section 6, Block III, Lewis S.D., being part Lewis Pass Scenic and National Reserve. All interested persons and organisations may make written submissions on the proposed licence by 5 January 1995, to Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Private Bag 701, Hokitika. Those persons making submissions should indicate if they wish to speak at a formal hearing in support of their submission.
