Land in Waitomo District Acquired for Service Lane Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The Waitomo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
