Land Acquired for Addition to Meeting of Waters Scenic Reserve, Waiwhakaiho Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for scenic reserve and shall vest in the Crown, pursuant to section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
