Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated 12 October 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 October 1994, No. 108 at page 3155, acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes by omitting from the Schedule thereto, the area secondly described.
