Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Rotorua District Council on the 31st day of May 1994: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rotorua District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act''. Schedule South Auckland Land District Rotorua District 1.0874 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 34, D.P. S. 4518, and being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 1M No. 3 Block, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, subject to a drainage easement in gross over the part herein marked ``F'' and ``H'' on plan D.P. S. 22672 in favour of The Rotorua District Council, and the easement created by transfer H. 083687.4, is subject to the provisions of section 351e (1) (a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
