Cancellation of the Vesting of The Waitahuna Farmers Club Incorporated and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Otago Conservancy, hereby cancels the vesting in The Waitahuna Farmers Club Incorporated and revokes the reservation as an Agricultural and Pastoral Society showgrounds reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
