Land at Mahitahi River Set Apart for Road in the Westland District Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Westland Land District 1.4185 hectares, more or less, being part Bed of Mahitahi River, situated in Block XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District; shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
