Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for the purposes of a public park and war memorial over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
