Land in Waipa District Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 3) Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 68 square metres, situated in Block VI, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 7, D.P. S. 10991; as shown marked ``B'' on S.O.
