Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road and in Connection with a Limited Access Road in Franklin District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, subject as to the land thirdly described to the water supply easement contained in B. 131440.2, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and the land described in the Second Schedule is acquired in connection with a limited access road and the said pieces of land shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
