Land in Otorohanga District Acquired and Set Apart for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes Pursuant to sections 20 and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares: (a) That, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
