Road Stopped and Vested Pakowhai Road, Muriwai Gisborne District Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the road described in the Schedule to be stopped (now known as Section 1, S.O. 8690) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/618. Schedule Gisborne Land District 2408 square metres, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 8516, Block IX, Turanganui Survey District; marked ``A'' on S.O. 8690, held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne.
