Amendment to Notice Pursuant to section 50a of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends the notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 January 1994, No. 1, page 62, by deleting the Schedule and substituting in its place the following Schedule. Schedule Wellington Land District Horowhenua District 161.8743 hectares, more or less, being Section 9, Block III, Waiopehu Survey District. All certificate of title 44A/246.
