Declaration That Land Held for Conservation Purposes Becomes a Scenic Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Act and shall form part of the Castlepoint Scenic Reserve.
