Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Automotive Oil Filters From the U.S.A. I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 14 (5) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have initiated a review of the need for the continued imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. The duty was imposed by me in a notice dated 27 November 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 December 1992, and amended in a notice given by me dated 3 July 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 July 1994. The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 8421.23.00.01B of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
