Southland Polytechnic Constitution Amendment Notice 1994 Pursuant to section 170 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education, on the recommendation of the Council of Southland Polytechnic, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (a) This notice may be cited as the Southland Polytechnic Constitution Amendment Notice 1994, and shall be read together with, and deemed part of, the Southland Polytechnic Notice 1990 (hereinafter called the ``Principal Notice''). (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1995. 2. Student Representative of Council of Southland Polytechnic The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from clause 3, paragraph (e), and substituting the following paragraph: ``(e) One person who is or has been a student of Southland Polytechnic who shall be appointed by the elected representatives of the Southland Polytechnic Students' Association.''
