Change to the Constitution of the Hawke's Bay Polytechnic Pursuant to section 170 of the Education Act 1989, I, Alexander Lockwood Smith, Minister of Education, upon the recommendation of the Council of the Hawke's Bay Polytechnic, and being satisfied that the proposed amendment to the constitution of that council complies with the requirements of section 171 of that Act, hereby give the following notice. N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Hawke's Bay Polytechnic Council Constitution Amendment Notice 1994. 2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 3. The constitution of the Council of the Hawke's Bay Polytechnic is hereby amended by omitting the item ``one member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Regional Council'', and substituting the item ``one member jointly appointed by the territorial local authorities in Hawke's Bay''.
