(NZ) Limited and James Burrough (NZ) Limited, duly incorporated companies having their registered office at the Twenty-fourth Floor, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 2329 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice of an application to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the register pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that they have ceased to carry on business, have fully discharged their liabilities to all their known creditors, and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their memoranda and articles of association, and with the Companies Act 1955.
