We have been appointed as receivers and managers in respect of the company's Boeing 767209 aircraft having manufacturers serial No. 22681 entered on the New Zealand Civil Aircraft Register with Registration No. ZK-NBF, three Pratt & Whitney Model JT9D7R4D engines serial numbers 707529, 707530 and 707548, certain aircraft documents and parts, all as described in the mortgage.
