Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Call for Proof of Debt In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of S.N. Broadley Mechanical Limited (in receivership and liquidation): Pursuant to a resolution passed by the creditors of the company dated the 21st day of December 1993, Mr C. P. Worth and Mr R. S. McKnight, both chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, Dunedin, have been appointed liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection. Notice is hereby given that as the liquidators we fix the 31st day of January 1994 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts of claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
