Notice of Intention to Apply for a Declaration of Dissolution In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Moran International Limited (hereinafter called ``the company''): In terms of section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, I, John Clarke of New South Wales, Australia, company director of the above-named company, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington, for a declaration of dissolution for the company and unless there are written objections lodged with the said District Registrar of Companies in respect of the proposed dissolution, the company within 30 days of the date of the publication of this notice, the company may be dissolved by the District Registrar.
