Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule is to be stopped; and, pursuant to sections 20 and 50, acquired for airport purposes and vested in Wellington International Airport Limited and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 518352 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
