Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice titled “Reclassification of a Reserve—63 Ballarat Street, Queenstown” dated 4 May 2022 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln1722, the Queenstown-Lakes District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes that notice and issues the following notice in its place.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve—63 Ballarat Street, Queenstown

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977 and a resolution dated 28 April 2022, the Queenstown-Lakes District Council hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (site for a community centre) reserve to local purpose (site for a community centre and roading and related purposes) reserve, and subject to the provisions of the Act.
