Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Whau Local Board of the Auckland Council has passed a resolution (WH/2022/34) to classify reserves for primary purposes lying within its jurisdiction, and which are described in the Schedule I below.

Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Parks, Recreation and Sport Committee (PRSC) of the Auckland Council has passed a resolution (PAR/2016/81) to classify the reserve at Parakai, which is described in the Schedule II below.
