Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 May 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Janelle Quigley, in respect of PORSE Otago/Southland S3 (45849), situated at 301-303 Karamu Road North, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
