I, Glenn Dunbier, Deputy Commissioner of Police, pursuant to a delegation from the Commissioner of Police dated 13 January 2021 and section 72 of the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013, hereby appoint

Lauano Susan Schwalger

as a Designated Officer to exercise all functions, duties and powers of a Designated Officer contained in the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013.

In making this appointment, I also revoke the earlier appointment of

Richard Chambers

as Designated Officer that was made on 9 May 2017.
