Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed

Stephen John Ridgeway, of Victoria, Australia

for a term commencing on 1 March 2022 and ending on 26 June 2024; and

Anna Mary Brakey, of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

for a term commencing on 1 March 2022 and ending on 9 December 2025

as Associate Members of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, and Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
