Pursuant to section 83(1) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed

Jason Scott McHerron, of Wellington

as an adjudicator for the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal for a term of five years commencing on 1 January 2022 and expiring on 31 December 2026; and appointed

David Michael Jackson, of Christchurch

Deirdre Ann Watson, of Auckland

as an adjudicator for the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal for a term of five years commencing on 1 January 2022 and expiring on 31 December 2026.
