1. Title
(1) This notice is the Primary Maternity Services Notice – Amendment Notice 2022.
(2) In this notice, the Primary Maternity Services Notice 2021, which was published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 30 June 2021, Notice No. 2021-go2473, is called the principal notice.
2. Commencement
This amendment notice comes into force on 1 July 2022.
3. Amendment to Schedule 1
The principal notice is amended by revoking Schedule 1 and substituting the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this notice.
