I, Carolyn Tremain, Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), give notice under section 409 of the Building Act 2004 (“Act”) that the following material is proposed for incorporation by reference into the Modular Component Manufacturer (MCM) Scheme Rules (rules made by the Chief Executive of MBIE under section 272ZG of the Act):

• ISO/IEC 17065:2013 Conformity assessment – requirements for bodies certifying products, processes, and services.

A copy of the material to be incorporated by reference can be viewed free of charge during working hours from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, 15 Stout Street, Wellington 6011.
