Pursuant to section 37 of the Privacy Act 2020, I give notice the Health Information Privacy Code 2020 Amendment No. 1 was issued on 25 May 2022. The amendment will come into force on 1 July 2022. This amendment may be inspected at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, Level 13, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland, or Level 11, 215 Lambton Quay, Wellington, or obtained free of charge from the website www.privacy.org.nz.
