Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 September 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Alan McFarlane, in respect of EDEN Home Based Childcare (46838), situated at 7 Cornell Circle, Snells Beach.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
