Nelson Building Society, a duly incorporated building society having its registered office at 111 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, gives notice that New Zealand Gazette, 12 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-gn2869 Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land dated 12 July 2022 is withdrawn and that it is no longer in possession of the land described therein.
