Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Sydney Thomas Taplin and Colleen Mary Taplin, of address unknown, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Kaimanawa Lodge situated at 258 Taupahi Road Turangi 3334, and ordinarily known as Lot 17 Week 13 – One Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 17 Deposited Plan 73444 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 March 1992 in timeshare week number 13 and being Identifier number WN41B/65 Computer Unit Title Register (Wellington Land Registry).
