Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in Respect of the New Zealand Medical Education Trust

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”), that on 31 May 2022, the Honourable Justice Osborne, at the Dunedin High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, varying the terms of the trust deed of PERPETUAL TRUST LIMITED as trustee of the NEW ZEALAND MEDICAL EDUCATION TRUST.
