Notice of Appointment of Receiver Company Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Domenic Calabretta of Mackay Goodwin, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, advises that on 29 July 2022 he was appointed receiver of the property of GOLD RHINO RECRUITMENT LIMITED pursuant to the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. The loan agreements between the BIZCAP NZ LIMITED and the borrower dated 21 December 2022 and 18 February 2022 granting a security interest in all of its present and after acquired personal property; and
2. Financing statements registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 28 January 2022 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired personal property in which the company has rights.
