Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pritesh Patel, Licensed insolvency Practitioner (IP120), was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by the shareholders on 13 May 2022 at 2.35pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice to Creditors

I fix 24 June 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors (if any) are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or from objection to the distribution.

A solvency certificate has now been submitted to the Registrar of Companies.
