I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. Remove the Update Shares and Director’s Certificate dated 25 June 2021. The effect being the total number of shares remain to be 1000 shares.
2. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 25 June 2021. The effect being Seung Heun Lee remains the sole shareholder of 1000 shares.

1. Removing the Particulars of Shareholding dated 22 April 2021. The effect being Kapugamage Rohitha Karunaratne remains a shareholder of 99 shares and Wijendra Gamlathlage Chamila Kumari Devasurendra remains a shareholder of 1 share.
2. Removing the Particulars of Director dated 23 April 2021. The effect being the directors of this company remain to be Kapugamage Rohitha Karunaratne and Wijendra Gamlathlage Chamila Kumari Devasurendra.
