I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

HOLDER TO WRC LIMITED (6665054) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend the Update of Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 26 June 2020. The effect being that on 26 June 2020, shares increased by 104490, and that Regional Ford Limited held 5000 shares solely and Gregory John Dickson held 20000 shares solely.
2. To amend the Update of Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 17 July 2020. The effect being that on 17 July 2020, shares increased by 87100, bringing the total number of shares to 191600, and Gregory John Dickson held a total of 32000 shares solely.
3. To submit amended annual returns for 2019 and 2020.
