Easement: A right of way over part Lot 1 DP 3961 coloured pink on diagram on Transfer 42178 in Record of Title (RT) 243286 owned by Denzil Bertram Judd, Rosemary Florence Judd and Gregory Paul Judd for the benefit of Lot 1 DP 359805 in RT 243285 owned by Joanne Claire McHardy and Dean Justin Miller, Lot 1 DP 307829 and Lot 2 DP 7125 in RT 30566 owned by Lois Mary Hall, Geoffrey Walter Hall and Nolans Trustees Limited and Lot 2 DP 307829 in RT 155625 owned by Dean John McHardy and Joanne Claire McHardy created by Transfer 42178 registered on 21 November 1950.
