An application under section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 has been received for the removal of a forestry right. The applicant claims the forestry right is extinguished by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 22 June 2021, the register will be updated to record the forestry right as extinguished.

Circumstances: Extinguishment due to a specified event being the completion of the harvesting of the trees, which occurred on 7 December 2019 and brought the forestry right to an end.

Forestry Right: Forestry right 177225 over part Lot 1 DP 11451 in Record of Title (RT) MB6B/452, part Lot 2 DP 11451 in RT MB6B/453 and part Lot 3 DP 1021 in RT MB6B/456 registered on 20 November 1994.
