Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice dated 24 January 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln346, Angus Hulme-Moir, Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Wellington, revokes this notice and issues the following two correcting notices.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

In accordance with a decision made on 11 May 2017 by the Operations Manager, Wellington, Department of Conservation, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, revokes the reservation over those reserves held for the purposes noted in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Porirua City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

In accordance with a decision made on 11 May 2017 by the Operations Manager, Wellington, Department of Conservation, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a reserve for gravel purposes described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
