Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council, acting under delegated authority, and pursuant to a resolution dated 27 October 2021, hereby changes the classification of the part of the reserve described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to local purpose (emergency services helipad) reserve, and subject to the provisions of the Act.
