Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

1. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired and pursuant to section 114 is declared road, which shall vest in the Crown and;
2. the land in the Second Schedule is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown subject to a right to convey electricity easement in gross created by Transfer 9568950.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
