- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), Section 22 SO Plan 547714 amalgamated with the land in Record of Title Register NA47C/645 subject to Mortgage 7395826.3 and, pursuant to section 120(3), Sections 25 and 30 SO 547714 amalgamated with the land in Record of Title Register NA16A/551 subject to Mortgage 8150022.3.
