Amending Notice—Land Declared Road and Easements Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—State Highway 35, Te Puia, Puketiti, Gisborne District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 2 August 2021 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 2021, Notice No. 2021-ln3279, by deleting the Second Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the Second Schedule attached to this notice on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
