Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed on 13 August 2020, hereby classifies the reserved land described in the First Schedule hereto as local purpose (community buildings) reserve, and in the Second Schedule as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
